Home Inspection - Buyer's and Seller's
Whether you're a concerned buyer or a transparent seller - we will conduct the exact same thorough inspection service. We’ll visually inspect everything accessible, including:

Wind Mitigation Inspection
A wind mitigation inspection is when a certified inspector checks your home’s wind-resistant features. These features can be anything from door/window coverings to the way your roof is attached to your home. Though a wind mitigation inspection is not required to get Florida homeowners insurance, it can result in substantial savings.
A wind mitigation inspection form considers seven indicators of your home’s ability to withstand strong winds which are the following:
building code, roof covering, roof deck attachment, roof-to-wall attachment, roof geometry, secondary water resistance, and opening protection.
Starting price $125.00. If combined with a 4-Point or an inspection there is a discount!
Four Point Inspections
If you’ve decided to purchase a home, your insurer may require you to send them the results of a 4-Point Inspection, in addition to a wind mitigation inspection.
This isn’t a replacement for the Buyer’s Home Inspection service, but it will identify only the home’s four most major systems:
- HVAC,
- Electrical,
- Plumbing,
- Roof.
Starting price $125.00. If combined with a wind mitigation or an inspection there is a discount!
New Construction & Builders Warranty Inspections
Punch-List: Make sure your newly constructed home is in tip-top shape with this inspection. We’ll carefully review everything in your new home for common issues, including contractor shortcuts. When you discover issues before moving in, it makes it much easier for the contractor to fix them.
Builders Warranty/11-Month Inspection: Schedule a 11-month warranty inspection to ensure you get the most out of your warranty. We will inspect everything that's covered and advise you about any claims you should make. Be sure to book this service timely to make any claims.
Drone Roof Inspections
If you have a multi-story home that isn’t accessible from a one-story ladder, let us know and we will inspect the roof with our drone, weather permitting.
On new construction or new roof install, we will use the drone in lieu of walking on the roof. If the roof slope is 8/12 or greater, or if it is inaccessible from a one-story ladder.
